I'm just sayin...

Okay so my wife and I are moving across town this weekend. One of the main chores anytime you move is to have all the utilities switched over to the new location. Now I'm not sayin that AT&T Uverse is stupid, but they did think that it would be reasonable to have our new service installed on MARCH 4. MARCH, not February! I laughed out loud on the phone and then said, "I'm sorry, I thought you said March." "I did. March 4." I jokingly replied, "Okay... of this year?" He said, "Yessir. March 4." I said, "Are you serious? That's over a month from now." "Yessir, we normally like to get a 2 weeks advance notice."

Now I'm not sayin that AT&T Uverse is full of bologna on this, but I'm just sayin...

Now I'm not sayin that AT &T Uverse is horrible with customer service regarding relocations, but I'm just sayin...

Now I'm not sayin that it made me wish I was a cusser, but I'm just sayin...

Now I'm not saying that that's the dumbest thing that I have ever heard a service provider tell me, but I'm just sayin...

What is the most ridiculous thing that you have ever been told by a service provider? How did you respond?

  1. "Sir, there's no possible way you can lower your internet bill." ...30 min later... %50 cheaper. Who needs internet anyway?
